The full fragrance of beer, its flavor and many different nuances can only be appreciated if it is poured correctly. Beer should be poured slowly, with the glass held initially at a 45° angle and then gradually righted as it fills. The faster beer is poured, the greater the amount of froth will form, and this should never be less than two fingers thick. Serving temperature: 4-7°C for bottom-fermented beers; 8-12°C for top-fermented beers.
