Marble Professional by HENDI
The HENDI Marble Professional Frying Pans are made of durable aluminium designed for the demanding environment of master cooks. Preferred by professionals due to its easy to use aluminium construction that enables efficient energy distribution and even heating. Its long riveted epoxy-coated steel handle even allows for use in the oven, in addition to its compatibility with all normal heat sources (induction, gas, electric and ceramic stoves).
The “Marble” non-stick coating has a high temperature resistance (up to 260°C). The coating is applied in three layers and is wear-resistant making it easy to clean as well.
Comes in a wide range of sizes: ø 20×4 cm, ø 24×4.2 cm, ø 28×5 cm, ø 32×5 cm, ø 36×5 cm
