The Pink Coconut Mojito, is a fresh and surprising variation of the classic Mojito, enriched with pink coconut water ice spheres , for an even more refreshing and spectacular result.
Pink Coconut Mojito
Ingredients for 1 drink

- 45 ml of white rum
- 22 ml fresh lime juice
- 22 ml sugar syrup
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 120–180 ml sparkling water
- 2 pink coconut water ice spheres
Preparation
For the pink ice spheres, fill two spherical molds with good-quality pink coconut water. Freeze for at least 6 hours, until completely frozen.
Now, in a tall, thick-bottomed glass, gently muddle the mint leaves together with the syrup .
Add the two ice spheres to the pink coconut water.
Pour in the white rum and lime juice .
Top up with sparkling water , stir gently and serve with a straw.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
